Our son, who lives in Melbourne, decided to sell his Havelcok North house after he had it rented out for 3 years. He asked us to look after, whatever was needed!

We knew how uninviting a bare house looks with no furniture and we had heard about House Presentations Ltd. and suggested this to our son and daughter-in-law. The housing market was slow and he and his wife wanted every effort made to sell their house.

His wife telephoned Vivian and then came to Havelock North and they discussed a plan.

Within a few days the house was wonderfully and very tastefully furnished. Little “grace notes” were artfully places such as a coffee Espresso Machine, a beautiful bowl full of pears, pictures on the walls, a tray set for gins and tonics, rolled towels in the bathrooms etc.

The whole effect just transformed the house.

Vivian was very willing to listen to suggestions and changed a few items. Nothing was too much trouble. She was a delightful person to be with and one had to admire her expertise.

We have used Vivian’s service previously, when we were looking to sell a rental property. The House was not tenanted and although a good house it looked poorer for not having any furniture.
